- Overseeing the setup of décor if needed with an additional consultant

Additional Services
Reception Only and Event Services
- Design the flow of the reception or your event with you and direct the evening’s events
- Email timeline to reception or event vendors one to two weeks before your event
- Make sure that your reception or event has been set up according to your plans
- Assisting the DJ, the band or entertainer with the flow of the evening
- Coordinate all of the reception and event details
- This is a 5 hour service. Additional hours will be charged at an hourly rate
Reception or Event Décor set up only
- Make sure that your reception site and tables are set up according to your plan and that the venue is clean and ready for you and your guest
- Set up your favors, place cards, picture table, gift and guest book tables
- Decorate the cake tables, place floral arrangements and set up your accessories
- Assisting with all of your reception needs to ensure you enjoy your big day
